'Bush chook' is a fun portrait of an emu from our visit to Emu Logic, a farm near the stunning Warrumbungles in Central West NSW.
Painted on a high quality 11" x 14" Aquabord (clay panel) with watercolour (including a touch of gold metallic), and sprayed with several coats of an archival quality, non-yellowing, U.V resistant varnish. The artwork is finished in an elegant slimline, natural timber float frame without glass (37 cm high x 29cm wide).

The clay panel has been sprayed with several coats of varnish to protect the artwork into the long term. Even so, artwork should be kept out of direct sunlight to minimise risk of discolouration. If required, a soft, dry, lint-free cloth can be used to gently dust the artwork.
